Claire Maddocks — Legal Executive
Claire has extensive experience working as a legal secretary, primarily in property, trusts, estates and wills in a large NZ law firm before attaining her legal executive qualification and practising as a legal executive for a number of years.
Claire joined the firm from a small Wellington law practice and will be working with our clients on conveyancing, trusts, wills and estates matters.

Most satisfying achievement?
It has to be the relationship that you build with your clients and knowing that you’ve done what they instructed you to do and done it well. There are a number of clients that I won’t have contact with now that I’ve moved firms and I find that a little sad.
In another life?
Good question – to which I have no answer as yet!
Favourite World Destination?
A recent trip to Sydney has moved this to the top of my list – so much to do and the weather! Other than that, and living with a born and bred Victorian, it would have to be Melbourne for the sport and entertainment. A growing interest in AFL and the success of Geelong in the competition brought on by my partner’s die hard support of Carlton. Yes, arguments do happen – often!.
