Eddy Allan — Practice Manager
Eddy works with the Managing Partner in developing strategies and business plans for adoption by Directors.
He has more than twenty years office administration and management experience, working for two prominent NZ law firms and a property firm, following a number of years in the public service.
He is responsible for all accounting, secretarial and service staff and functions in support of directors, solicitors and legal executives and is responsible for the operations of accounts department including expenditure and monthly financial reports.
Eddy advises on matters of technology for the business and supervises installation and implementation. He is responsible for analyzing and implementing management systems and office procedures within the firm and keeping them under review.

Many but I guess helping to create an effective and positive environment and securing the right people for our team. The proof is in the feedback from our clients which is great.
Wellington is the best city in NZ because?
I’m the odd one out in our family and friends being of 'mainland' origin but Wellington really is a great city to live, work and raise a family - not too big, plenty of resources for all walks of life, best rugby stadium in the country and the weather’s just great!
A typical day?
Get in early, review objectives for the day, feel the pulse - greet and chat with the team, then a blur of activity working through the days objectives that are usually punctured by all and sundry issues that are part and parcel of the job.
